These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Hotel CRM platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Obligations

When you register for our Hotel CRM, you agree to (a) provide accurate, up-to-date information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and (c) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account—even if someone else gained access without your permission.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may use the CRM only for lawful, hotel-management purposes.
  • Prohibited activities include reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code.
  • Transmitting spam, malware, or any content that harms other users is forbidden.
  • Using the service to stalk, harass, or infringe on the rights of others is prohibited.
  • Sharing your login or reselling access without permission is not allowed.

3. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but scheduled maintenance and emergency fixes will occasionally require downtime. We’ll post planned maintenance windows at least 48 hours in advance. In the unlikely event of prolonged outages, we’ll work as quickly as possible to restore service.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the plan’s standard rate unless canceled before your next billing date. If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and may suspend your access until the balance is cleared. You’re responsible for all applicable taxes (e.g. GST, VAT) on your subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and user interface designs are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your hotel’s data—nothing in these Terms transfers that back to us. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the CRM.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal and guest data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are the “data controller” of your guests’ information; we are the “data processor.” You remain responsible for obtaining any consents required by law to collect and store guest data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from or related to your use of the CRM, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the six months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that harms other customers or our infrastructure. Upon termination, we’ll retain your data for 30 days and then permanently delete it, unless you request an export.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
